Avoid Running Aground with Premium FrontVü Forward-looking Sonar

Panoptix FrontVü sonar displays bottom up to 300 feet ahead of the boat (at 8 to 10 times the current depth) and delivers nearly instant feedback to give you more time to react. You can be more confident when navigating unfamiliar water because Panoptix FrontVü has a narrow beam, forward-looking sonar (20 degrees). This allows you to focus on the bottom in front of your boat and not be confused with what is off to each side. It also includes an AHRS sensor for motion stabilization that allows you to see what is in front of your boat even in rough water conditions. And all the FrontVü forward-looking sonar image data can be easily shared with other chartplotters across the Garmin Marine Network.

Panoptix™ PS31 Forward Transducer

With one Panoptix Forward transducer, you can actually see the bottom, structure and fish swimming around in front of your boat — in real time; even while stationary. You get 2 impressive views: LiveVü Forward and RealVü 3-D Forward.

LIVEVÜ FORWARD

Updates the entire view with a single ping and has a more "live video" look, providing real-time moving sonar images. You can see fish swimming toward or away from the boat. You can see small baitfish and large target fish swimming around, even your lure as you reel it in.

REALVÜ 3-D FORWARD

Updates a slice of the 3-D volume with each ping and take 1 to 4 seconds to update the entire volume. It shows the bottom and fish in the water column coming toward the boat. It sweeps forward, and the history on screen is only one sweep.

PS 30 DOWN

With the Panoptix Down transducer, you can actually see fish and bait swimming around under your boat — in real time; even while stationary. You get 3 remarkable views: LiveVü Down, RealVü 3-D Down and RealVü 3-D Historical.

LIVEVÜ DOWN

Provides real-time moving sonar images. You can see fish swimming toward or away from the boat. You can see small baitfish and large target fish swimming around, even your lure.

REALVÜ 3-D DOWN

Allows your boat to be stationary and still see things in 3-D around your boat. It shows history of only 1 sweep.

REALVÜ 3-D HISTORICAL

Used for finding fish while your boat is moving. This shows the entire water column you have passed over in 3-D, from the bottom of the surface and all of the fish in between.
